The Public Procurement Office leads the Government of Anguilla’s procurement system. We operate under the Public Procurement and Contract Administration (PPCA) Act, 2012, as amended by the PPCA Amendment Acts of 2016 and 2021, and the PPCA Regulations. Formerly the “Procurement Unit,” the function was reorganised and is now delivered through three bodies that work together to ensure fairness, transparency, and value for money.
Our Structure
