The Ministry of Infrastructure, Communication, Utilities, Housing, Information Technology and E-Government Services (MICUHITES) intends to apply a budgetary allocation to payments under a contract for the Supply and Installation of Furniture for DITES. The Ministry of Infrastructure, Communication, Utilities, Housing, Information Technology and E-Government Services (MICUHITES) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the goods, as defined within the bidding documents.

Bidding will be conducted through a Competitive Bid procedure in keeping with the Public Procurement and Contract Administration Acts and Regulations.

o obtain a complete set of the bid documents bidders shall indicate their interest to the Chief Procurement Officer via Procurement.Mailbox@gov.ai  The “subject” of the email shall read as follows “Supply and Installation of Furniture for DITES” along with that procurement number. Please include the company name, address, phone number and contact person in the content of the email.

Sealed bids should be received no later than Tuesday 22^nd September 2026 at 12:00 pm.  Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly at the Ministry of Finance on Tuesday 22^nd September 2026 at 2:00pm.  The Ministry of Infrastructure, Communication, Utilities, Housing, Information Technology and E-Government Services (MICUHITES) /GOA is not bound to accept the lowest of any bids.  This bid process may be cancelled or rejected without any liability to The Ministry of Infrastructure, Communication, Utilities, Housing, Information Technology and E-Government Services (MICUHITES) /GOA.
