REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST -  Destination Management Services - Sports Tourism Conference in Anguilla 

The Government of Anguilla through the Ministry of Health, Tourism and Sports intends to apply a budgetary allocation to payments under the contract for the provision of Destination Management Services for the Sports Tourism Conference 2027. The Conference is expected to attract approximately one hundred and fifty (150) delegates, including tourism officials, destination management organizations, sport’s governing bodies, investors, athletes, media representatives and tourism stakeholders from across the Caribbean and beyond.

The Ministry of Health, Tourism and Sports now invites interested eligible Destination Management Companies to submit Expressions of Interest for Destination Management Services for the Sports Tourism Conference 2027. In the assessment of submissions, consideration will be given to organizational capacity, technical competence, relevant experience in destination management, conferences and major events, qualifications of key personnel, and available resources. Company profiles, brochures and references may be included.

To obtain a complete set of the Request for Expressions of interest document bidders shall indicate their interest to the Chief Procurement Officer via Procurement.Mailbox@gov.ai The “subject” of the email shall read as follows “Destination Management Services for the Sports Tourism Conference 2027” along with that procurement number. Please include the company name, address, phone number and contact person in the content of the email.

Sealed Request for Expressions of Interest should be received no later than Monday 21^st September 2026, 12:00pm. Late Request for Expressions of Interest will be rejected. Request for Expressions of Interest will be opened publicly at the Ministry of Finance on Monday 21^st September 2026 at 2:15pm.
