REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST - Conference Venue, Accommodation and Hospitality Services – Sports Tourism Conference in Anguilla Procurement#2026/MOHTS/#133

The Government of Anguilla through the Ministry of Health, Tourism and Sports intends to apply a budgetary allocation to payments under the contract for the provision of Conference Venue, Accommodation and Hospitality Services for the Sports Tourism Conference 2027. The successful service provider will be expected to serve as the host property and provide accommodation, conference venue and hospitality services for approximately one hundred and fifty (150) delegates over three (3) nights. 

The Ministry of Health, Tourism and Sports now invites interested Hotel Properties to submit Expressions of Interest for conference venue, accommodation and hospitality services for the Sports Tourism Conference.

To obtain a complete set of the Request for Expression of Interest document bidders shall indicate their interest to the Chief Procurement Officer via Procurement.Mailbox@gov.ai The “subject” of the email shall read as follows “Conference Venue, Accommodation and Hospitality Services – Sports Tourism Conference in Anguilla” along with that procurement number. Please include the company name, address, phone number and contact person in the content of the email.

Sealed Request for expression of interest should be received no later than Monday 21^st September 2026, 12:00pm. Late Request for expressions of interest will be rejected. The Request for expressions of interest will be opened publicly at the Ministry of Finance on Monday 21^st September 2026 at 2:00pm.
