The Ministry of Economic Development, Industry, Commerce, Lands, Planning, Water and Natural Resources (MEDICPLWNR) intends to apply a budgetary allocation to payments under a contract for the Installation of Shade House for the Government of Anguilla. Ministry of Economic Development, Industry, Commerce, Lands, Planning, Water and Natural Resources (MEDICPLWNR) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the services, as defined within the bidding documents.

Bidding will be conducted through a Competitive Bid procedure in keeping with the Public Procurement and Contract Administration Acts and Regulations. To obtain a complete set of the bidding documents bidders shall indicate their interest to the Chief Procurement Officer via Procurement.Mailbox@gov.ai The “subject” of the email shall read as follows “Installation of Shade House for the Government of Anguilla” along with that procurement number. Please include the company name, address, phone number and contact person in the content of the email. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Agricultural Department grounds Coronation Avenue on Tuesday 15^th, September 2026 at 10:00am.

Sealed bids should be received no later than Tuesday 13^th October 2026 at 12:00 pm. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly at the Ministry of Finance on Tuesday 13^th October 2026 at 2:00pm. The Ministry of Economic Development, Industry, Commerce, Lands, Planning, Water and Natural Resources (MEDICPLWNR) /GOA is not bound to accept the lowest of any bids. This bid process may be cancelled or rejected without any liability to The Ministry of Economic Development, Industry, Commerce, Lands, Planning, Water and Natural Resources (MEDICPLWNR) /GOA.
