The Government of Anguilla (GoA) invites interested contractors, marine works specialists, demolition firms, equipment owners, and other suitably qualified parties to submit information outlining their capability, capacity, experience, proposed approach, and commercial considerations for the removal of the remaining piles, timber, and related remnants at the former Dolphinarium site in Blowing Point through a Market Sounding Questionnaire.

The Request for Information (RFI) is intended to assist the Government of Anguilla with market research and planning, including the procurement strategy, scope of works, contract packaging, risk assessment, programme, and budgeting. This is not a solicitation, invitation to bid, request for proposals, prequalification exercise, or commitment by the Government to procure any works or services. Responses will not be scored or used to award a contract. Any future procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the applicable procurement laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Submission Guidelines

To obtain the complete Request for Information (RFI), questionnaire, and site photographs, interested parties shall indicate their interest to the Chief Procurement Officer via Procurement.Mailbox@gov.ai. The subject of the email shall read: "Removal of Piles and Timber at the Former Dolphinarium in Blowing Point."

Responses should be submitted in PDF format, no later than Wednesday, 18^th November 2026, to Procurement.Mailbox@gov.ai with subject RFI: Removal of Piles and Timber at the Former Dolphinarium in Blowing Point.
