To obtain a complete set of the bid documents bidders shall indicate their interest to the Chief Procurement Officer via Procurement.Mailbox@gov.ai  The “subject” of the email shall read as follows “Installation of Utility Mains, Manholes and Appurtenances – Jeremiah Gumbs Highway” along with that procurement number. Please include the company name, address, phone number and contact person in the content of the email.  Pre-bid site visits will be held at 9am on Monday 4^th May, 2026 starting at the Department of Water Services Building.

Sealed bids should be received no later than Wednesday 13^th May at 12:00pm.  Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly at the Ministry of Finance on Wednesday 13^th May 2026 at 2:00pm.  The Ministry of Economic Development, Industry, Commerce, Lands, Planning, Water and Natural Resources (MEDICLPWNR) /GOA is not bound to accept the lowest of any bids.  This bid process may be cancelled or rejected without any liability to The Ministry of Economic Development, Industry, Commerce, Lands, Planning, Water and Natural Resources (MEDICLPWNR) /GOA.
