Mission:	To guide and promote the continued development and improvement of a modern and efficient public procurement system for Anguilla based on international best practices through close monitoring, review, and capacity building.
Strategic Objectives:	To maximize economy and efficiency in public procurement and to obtain best value for public expenditures. To contribute to the economic development of the Anguilla through an efficient public procurement system and through capacity building. To promote competition and foster participation in public procurement proceedings. To provide equal opportunity and fair and equitable treatment to all suppliers/bidders. To promote integrity, fairness, accountability and public confidence in the public procurement process. To ensure transparency in the procedures, processes, and decisions relating to public procurement.
